Halton Sound CIC is responsible for messages submitted through this website. For privacy questions or to request access to or deletion of a message, contact [email protected].
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. We use these details to respond and handle your enquiry. Form submissions are emailed to the station and are not stored in the website content system. Messages are kept in the station mailbox while needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted when no longer needed. The mailbox provider may retain copies under its own service and account settings. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
When you visit the site or listen to the stream, technical connection information such as your IP address may be processed by the VPS, network, radio-stream, schedule and other service providers to deliver and secure their services. Those providers may keep technical logs under their own policies. Programme guides and external listening platforms have separate privacy information.
This site does not include advertising or analytics scripts. It uses browser storage to remember your player volume. The authorised staff editor uses a necessary session cookie for sign-in.
Contact-form email is sent through the station’s configured mail provider. Access to submitted messages is limited to authorised station staff.
